Stories say that Madame Mineurcanal, a former owner of the home, hanged herself from an overhead beam on the third floor after killing her beloved dog. Her apparition has been spotted here, along with her ghostly white dog. Moaning sounds have been heard coming from the home, cold spots have been felt and a dog's barking has also been reported.
