This pedestrian alley is lined with shops and there have been reports that early in the morning, there is a ghost walking down the path. Some say it is the ghost of Pere Dagobert, a Capuchin monk, who sings while wandering down the street.

Locals know this place is even more haunted than the Arby’s on canal. The dude that took the famous picture of New Orleans from the Sheraton died here, too. One time I went in there all uptownorbust and I came out all mojomartini ??????.
