According to Cajun legend, the Loup Garou is a creature that thinks like a man, craves human flesh like a werewolf, and tortures souls like a demon.
Locals, however, know this legend to be fact. They've seen it running through these woods.

Only the brave have dared enter this dark, foreboding place in search of the Loup Garou.

Most were never seen again . . .

PARKING IS LOCATED BEHIND THE FRIGHT TRAIL BOX OFFICE (…which is right across the street from the actual trail) From the West: Take I-10 East to the La. 93/Scott/Cankton exit, EXIT 97 Turn right on La. 93 and go 0.7 miles Turn left onto US 90- Cameron Street and go 1.4 miles The Fright Trail Box Office (5401 Cameron Street) will be located on your right. From the East: Take I-10 West to the La-3184/Ambassador Caffery exit EXIT 100 Turn left onto La-3184 and go 1.2 miles Turn right onto La. 93 Cameron Street- go 1.4 miles The Fright Trail Box Office (5401 Cameron Street) will be located on your left From the North Take I-49 South to I-10 West via EXIT 1A–go 3.2 miles Take the La-3184/Ambassador Caffery exit EXIT 100 Turn left onto La-3184 and go 1.2 miles Turn right onto La. 93 Cameron Street- go 1.4 miles The Fright Trail Box Office (5401 Cameron Street) will be located on your left

    I really loved it though it was really scary. it was still fun at the same time. i am really looking forward to going to more and hope it is still here when i have my own kids.

    It's 20 acres of woods you walk through with lots of things to scare you

  • The most fun I've had getting scared!

    Fright Trail is awesome. It's out in the woods which makes you feel like you're really in a horror movie. It's terrifying but the people that work there are so nice. Definitely excited to be there this year!!
